I Can’t See the Navigation Bar

If your navigation bar is hidden, click the ‘hamburger’ on the top left corner, next to the Laqorr logo.

My Media File doesn’t Appear on the Player

There could be a number of reasons, so let’s start at the start.

  • Are the Start and End dates correct?

  • Has the file been added to a Playlist?

  • If you chose an Auto-Schedule option, has that been enabled in the Playlist with an autoschedule placeholder?

  • Has the Playlist been added to a Group?

  • Has the Playlist been day-parted correctly?

  • Has the Player been added to a Group?

  • Is it in the correct Group?

What if my player is offline?

The good news is that it keeps on playing the last set of instructions you sent it. What’s even better is that the player is smart enough to drop any media files that are past their end date, even while it is offline. If it should then run out of valid content, it will start playing the Fail Safe Playlist so that you should never, ever see a blank screen.

My screen is blank

Have you enabled Screen Activation? If so, are the times correct? Does the media player have any media, or playlists? Have you built a Fail Safe playlist?
